18 Hai Ba Trung Office Building

Located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, just five minutes walk to the Opera House, is the Hai Ba Trung Office Building. The project consists of the renovation to the existing building, with the ground floor already occupied by Yves Rocher Cosmetics and Annam Fine Foods Ltd. The building comprises a total of 5 floors plus a covered roof. The renovation aims at strengthening the existing building, replacing the roof floor and adding a further floor for a total of 7 floors of grade B office accommodation. The façade, on two sides, together with the striking cap on top of the building, take up an important corner in downtown Ho Chi Minh City.
