The refurbishment of the Regional Council Headquarter of Paris included the creation of a five storey substructure to accommodate three storeys of parking and a 200 seat congress hall with all facilities, a lobby, a bar and offices. The thriving landscaped terrace with large horizontal glazed panels set at ground level provides beautiful natural light to the congress hall.
