The refurbishment of the 1926 building covered the creation of 3 storeys of parking, a huge grazed staircase and the interior design throughout, including 15,000 m2 of offices and a restaurant. The design covers all structural and permanent elements (walls, floors and ceiling coverings), the furniture of the lobby, restaurant and meeting rooms.
