Alzheimer’s Healthcare Facility

This project from Equator Paris Office, in partnership with Dehan & Spinga Architects, consists of the construction of a specialized healthcare facility to host 56 Alzheimer patients, and the renovation and extension of the retirement house, in the Brie-Comte-Robert hospital. The new building is to be built in the park of the hospital, connected with the existing facilities. The 56 bedrooms are divided into two houses, each divided into two 14 bedroom units, with different orientation and planning. Each house has its own dining room, activity room, balneotherapy and garden. A central facility concentrates all common functions including: a large activity room, the therapy garden, hairdressing salon, and nursing and medical offices.
