Amansara, formerly the guest villa of King Norodom Sihanouk, has been refurbished as an intimately exclusive 24-suite resort for Amanresorts, designed by Kerry Hill. The project consisted of 2 stages:
- Stage 1 included refurbishing the existing villas by converting them into a 12-room resort including a restaurant and library.
- Stage 2 included 12 additional rooms with private swimming pools, a spa and a 25 m long lap pool. Archetype Group was appointed as Project Manager for the development and brought the project into completion before time and with a cost saving of 25%.
