A new 90 bed facility for senior dependent patients is currently under construction, the site will also include a daily capacity of 10 outpatients. Archetype Group Paris Office’s sustainable design is based on the following basic principles:
- Optimized building orientation;
- Isolation from the outside;
- Choice of ecological materials;
- Structures that allow for adaptability and evolution of the building according to residents’ needs;
- Water recycling for minimum sprinkling;
- Natural light management;
- Work on colors and signage.
