This cluster of three buildings consists of offices, apartments and a 5 star hotel (with conference facilities), rising up 26 levels in average above ground with a five level basement. Located at the corner of the Nguyen Binh Khiem and Le Hong Phong boulevards, which is the main axis linking central Haiphong to its airport. EIE-IMO Building will be one of the essential complexes of the new center of trade and finance in the third biggest city of Vietnam. The elliptical shape office block will act as a landmark for this new urban development. The building design has been carefully studied to allow each function to serve each other.
