Archetype’s work at Phat Dat’s Everrich II consists of project management and cost management for Phase 1 of the project, which is broken down into 3 phases. Phase 1 consists of the construction of approximately 1,200 apartments spread over 200,000 m2 and is expected to be completed in September 2013.
The entire project consists of approximately 650,000 m² which is made up of 3,000 apartments, commercial shopping areas and a school. Underground parking is also provided for the tenants of the building.
