The villas of the Everrich III project have been designed to face the reflecting pool and retail areas of the complex.
Each villa is 300 m2, with 3 storeys and a rooftop terrace. The facades are designed as a pattern, which generates a homogenous view from the street. The white color of the walls, the trees in the street, the water and the vegetation at the top and in front of each villa subtly integrate the villas in the surrounding area.
