François Magnier

Francois is a co-founder, associate partner and former General Director of Archetype Group.
François studied architecture and civil engineering in Paris, while having several site manager experiences. In 1992, he first traveled to Vietnam for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to supervise the construction of the French Embassy in Hanoi. He successively held senior executive roles in several design and construction companies, acquiring extensive experience in design and construction projects in South-East Asia. His local knowledge, entrepreneurial energy and hard work were decisive in the creation of Archetype Vietnam Ltd. and its further development from a Vietnam-based design and construction company to the leading multidisciplinary construction consulting group it has become.
Today, François is Chairman of the company, particularly involved in the business development activities of Hanoi and the Northern Vietnam. His areas of expertise also cover property development and investment business consulting services.
