Equator Paris and Jacques Métaillié are designing a new office building in Paris. The site is between the ring road and the city of Gentilly, on a triangular parcel, benefiting from great visibility of over 200,000 cars. The design faces several challenges, unlike the glass walls around, the building will take into account the will of permeability between the city of Gentilly and the garden of the student’s residence on Paris side. There will be a new pedestrian footbridge and a pedestrian crossing landscaped on the private parcel.
