Archetype Group developed a Master Plan and Concept Design on a hilly site in Pillar, India for three styles of villas: clubhouse, apartment buildings and technical areas. In order to emphasise Goa Villas and Clubhouse as family accommodation, the design incorporates modern features with an internal courtyard and large overhanging roof, to create diversity and interest.
