The Concept Design for Ha Do Villas uses modern architectural style, based on simple shapes, with gentle sloping roofs, the materials and colors used create fresh and lively spaces suitable for residential blocks. The community center, highlighted with large glazing and gentle inner sloping roofs, will provide numerous facilities for residents including a restaurant, swimming pool and administration department. Ha Do Villas will provide the following residential space:
- Five tube houses of 2 storeys;
- Four double villas of 3 storeys;
- Two adjacent villas of 2 storeys;
- Two adjacent villas of 3 storeys; and
- Six single villas of 2 storeys.
