The IMO Song Han mixed-use development has been designed by Archetype Group to maximize the construction area whilst reserving human scale. The design concept is to create a connection between different blocs carrying different functions. The blocs are delicately arranged in order to bring central garden views to its users, where some terrace cafes and restaurants are nested around the lush greenery. During the design stage, special attention was given to ensure optimum sea views and open air to balance between the constructed volumes and empty spaces.
