Archetype Group was assigned the Construction Manager of the development to ensure total quality and safety, and to oversee the installation and construction compliance with Vietnamese procedures and laws. The construction of the major industrial factory consisted of:
- Varitey of buildings including industrial process buildings (24,000 m2), Office block, laboratory building, canteens;
- Sewerage and water treatment;
- Standby substation buildings;
- Marine works including the construction of two jetties for berthing of the import/export & shipping;
- 22kv electrical system substation with 50% standby power back up. Materials handling:
- Conveyor system across 1km;
- Plant computerized management system;
- State of the art SCADA graphics system.
