Maxport Garment Factory

The Maxport Garment Factory required the fit-out of a 1,500 m² floor plan and the refurbishment of the workshop area, located in the heart of the Thanh Xuan Industrial Zone on the 4th floor. The investor required the refurbishment of the workshop to be made with high-quality materials, glass screen partitions, wooden false ceiling and slate floor. The floor was divided into 3 areas: the main area is reserved for the workshop and is surrounded by glass partitions with a wooden frame; the other two areas function as the “test workshops” with black slate and wooden floors, stone-walled bar and a wooden ceiling.
