Archetype Group undertook the preliminary planning concept for the new 350 ha defined urban area, developed at the Northern axis of Ha Dong City. The project aims to:
- Create a comprehensive urban area along Le Trong Tan axis, turning Ha Dong into a new and modern city;
- Insure a good connection between Ha Dong and Hanoi, to set up a global and coherent master plan; and
- Improve the infrastructure network in accordance with planning guidelines approved by Ha Dong authorities.
