This new hotel is being developed by the Salarpuria Group from Bangalore, and partly financed by the real estate fund of US private equity Merrill Lynch. The hotel, with one large basement and 15 storeys, will feature 300 guest rooms, 50 service apartments and the public facilities typical of the Novotel brand. The project is designed by SODA architects from Bangkok, and is currently at schematic design stage (see displayed elevation). Archetype’s scope will include the full Project Management consulting services as well as the Quantity Survey of the project.
