This 640-key hotel development was launched by ACCOR and its two partners Interglobe and Pacifica in 2009, as part of the development of a hospitality district at Delhi International Airport. The project consists of a Pullman hotel, a Novotel hotel, and a commercial building with a shared 3-level basement car park, back-of-house, and a MEP plant room. ACCOR appointed Archetype Group as Project Manager in September 2009 and the excavation works started in January 2010. Archetype’s scope includes programme, design, and construction management.
