The remarkable office, hotel and apartment complex in the heart of Phnom Penh is situated along the Tonle Sap River next to the Naga Casino; Sun Wah intends to invest in the building. The cluster of buildings are connected by a solid 3 floor podium. The 37 floor office tower will stand as the tallest building in Phnom Penh, while the three 28 storey apartment towers provide living with a splendid view of the river junction (Tonle Sap, Mekong and Bassac). A 30 floor hotel is also planned.
