Phu My Resettlement 7

This complex depicts modern architecture combined with the tropical climatic conditions for the Vietnamese way of life. The Duc Khai Corporation wishes to develop this complex as a major residential project that includes various types of apartments from 2 to 4 bedrooms plus penthouse duplex apartments, as well as services and retail areas, along the river in District 7’s Phu My Hung urban area. Archetype Group were successful with their proposal for the complex. The building is a landmark with 45 storeys and all of the apartments benefiting from a river view, whilst respecting the Feng Shui guidelines.
