Situated in one of Ho Chi Minh City’s newly commercial districts, this 22 storey office building is developed based on the concept that combines fresh, modern and innovative factors to create modern life convenience. As a part of city’s urban plan, the building will communicate harmoniously with the development of the quarter, the district and the city. The flexible combination of such materials as concrete, glass and aluminum protects the South and the West facades from sun exposure while maximising natural light from the North.
