Refurbishment of 2 floors Apartment in Paris

If luxury is space and light, Equator Paris office has turned this duplex into a high level luxurious place. Displayed on two floors of a 1930’s brick building, the open layout of the apartment provides peace and calm, in contrast with the busy meandering and medieval streets of the district. The floor area was obtained by gathering various small apartments. The previous ambulatory system, in addition to the main stair well, allowed Archetype Group to link the different areas, combining private and professional life space. The Main rooms, living room and bed room, benefit from three orientations: West, East and North, and thanks to the building’s height, the windows are able to become frames for the constantly changing sky of Paris.
