Rex Hotel (Renovation & Extension)

The project consists of an extension and renovation to the Rex Hotel, one of Ho Chi Minh City’s most legendary hotels. The design concept was inspired by the existing architecture, with design features of the old art deco garage incorporated into the moldings, floor and steelwork. The extension comprises 71 additional guestrooms and suites, two large conference rooms with banquet facilities, a rooftop swimming pool, a shopping gallery and a 2-storey underground car park. The renovation to the existing wing includes the complete renovation of the facades, the lobby, the restaurants and spa.
