This intriguing building is an innovative architectural design, which aims to combine the client’s requirement of two main functional spaces, including office and condominiums, with two separate lobbies.
The area of Binh Quoi peninsula, where the site is located, is impacted by a combination of three elements, including the river that embraces the whole area, the sun and the surrounding residential area.
