This proposed charming development, known as Saigon Airport Plaza, is located in a high-profile site adjacent the new terminal of Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh City. The design offers a mix of apartment, office, hotel and retail space, covering an elegant modern architectural look with the basic and harmonious composition of concrete, glasses, curtain wall and plain wall, with rendering and terracotta cladding. One of the project goals is to bring greenery into the complex, therefore an existing Banyan tree is maintained on site to bring shadows and spirituality. The South and West facades are open and protected by the shadows of the trees and the buildings.
