Archetype Group has been appointed as Project Manager for the design phase of the new Sofitel So hotel project in Mulund, Mumbai. The project consists of two hotels to be operated by Accor as a 5 Star Sofitel hotel, totaling 450 rooms.
The unique project, designed by the contractor Hafeez, will be suspended between three cores at 150m. The design is sure to present tremendous challenges in terms of engineering and construction and will definitely be a benchmark for Archetype Group’s track record in India.
