The beautiful Spring Mills residential complex, designed by DP Architects is located in the centre of Mumbai between Colaba in the South and the International Airport in the North. The property belongs to Bombay Dyeing, one of India’s largest Textile Mill and Manufacturers, for more than a century. The Spring Mills project is a mixed-use residential complex at 38 storeys high, covering a ground floor area of 210,000 m². The development includes: a 40,000 m2 residential area with an 18,000 m2 car park podium, 65,000 m² retail section with a 72,000 m² multi-storey car park possibly containing 2,400 cars, and a 14,000 m² multiplex covering one cinema and some food and beverage outlets.
