The combination of six towers in the Sunrise City Plot V is part of an overall project of 3 plots with a commercial podium. The scope of work for Archetype Group was to improve the basic design by creating new layouts of apartments, penthouses and shopping mall and proposing a new façade and perspective. There are two typical towers: One type is for tower V1 to V5 (4 units per floor and 2 penthouses in the two last floors) and V6 is another (6 units per floor and 2 penthouses in the two last floors).
