The prominent concept design by Archetype Group, of the Tan Binh Commercial Center will provide 16 floors with two separate buildings, accessible from two individual basements.
Building A to become a mix of office space, shopping center and a condominium. The comdominium will include apartments, penthouses, swimming pools, gymnastics room, dining facilities and multiple service amenities. Building B will offer a distinct traditional market with restaurant and wedding banquet on the top floor.
