EPCm services for Mars Petcare expansion in Thailand.

Archetype has been working on Mars Petcare’s second production facility in Thailand at Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate.

The market leader in pet care selected Archetype Thailand to provide EPCm services, from architecture, engineering to construction and cost management, for this 20,000 square-meter GMP compliant greenfield factory, which specializes in wet food production of your pets’ favorite brands – Pedigree, Whiskas, etc.

Thanks to our strong process design capabilities, Archetype Thailand is also made responsible for providing process engineering services, related to the production lines and process utilities integration and installation at the plant.

In addition to the main factory, we are tasked with interior design services for the administrative office, which will be located on the same site. It is worth noting that Mars Petcare facility is targeting LEED Gold certification, thus our architects needs to integrate sustainability standards into the design, which also places an importance on employee health and well-being beside the usual operation efficiency elements. Our architectural team is eager to work on and complete this assignment to further prove our expertise in building design not only for real estate but also industrial sectors.

With the same spirit on the construction management front, the Archetype site team promotes a strong safety culture and commitment to the project following Mars’ stringent requirements.
