PT Jantra Swarna Dipta, a joint venture of Hong Kong based Swire Properties and Indonesia’s Jakarta Setiabudi International Group has appointed Archetype Indonesia to provide Construction Management services, along with Integrated Building Information Modeling (BIM) services for the upcoming Savyavasa Residence project located in the upscale neighborhood of Dharmawangsa, South Jakarta, Indonesia.
