Nasir Dao – PKM Abdul has more than 22 years' legal and management experience advising and representing international clients and high net worth individuals in the European and Asia-Pacific markets. His practice spans private equity investments, private and public M&A, joint ventures and general corporate, investment and contractual matters, as well as regulatory, tax and commercial dispute matters.

Nasir is a corporate/M&A and foreign investments specialist, who enjoys a wide practice and has invaluable experience in corporate finance and helping clients structure deals and implement expansion strategies across industries. He is also very active in the real estate/construction and energy/infrastructure sectors, including in relation to a range of standard and bespoke project documentation on EPC arrangements, BOT power projects and PPP infrastructure developments. Nasir is widely experienced in resolving commercial disputes through mediation, arbitration and court litigation, both internationally and in Southeast Asia.

Nasir joined us from Singapore, where he was a partner at DWF. Previously, he was a partner at PwC and Gide Loyrette Nouel in Vietnam. Nasir is qualified to practise before French courts (as ‘Avocat à la Cour d’appel de Paris’) and he was admitted in Singapore and Vietnam as a registered foreign lawyer.

Nasir is responsible for managing our Group’s functions of Finance/Accounting, Legal/Compliance, IT/IS and QSHE as well as all corporate matters.
