Archetype Group was honored to welcome Philippe Starck to our office in Vietnam: this visit was an opportunity for our teams to meet and exchange with one of the world’s most visionary creators.
Archetype Group is deeply involved in the architectural process behind Nhà Estate, a groundbreaking luxury beachfront and riverfront villa project, with a boutique hotel, a beach club and a restaurant, imagined by Philippe STARCK for the developer The AppleTree Group.
Nhà Estate represents Philippe Starck’s first residential development in Vietnam, embodying his innovative, sustainable, and human centered design vision.
Nestled in Ho Tram on a breathtaking peninsula between the Ray River and the sea, the project comprises 38 private villas, each thoughtfully integrated into the natural landscape. Instead of straight fixed lines, the masterplan uses an organic and village-like layout, where pathways meander through lush vegetation, and community-oriented spaces foster connection and creativity.
During his visit, Mister Starck engaged with Archetype Vietnam’s team in workshops, sharing insights into his design philosophy and his creative vision for Nhà Estate.
These sessions were an opportunity for our architects and designers to collaborate directly with Starck in the realization of the project.
