Bunge Nellore is a food-processing facility located in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India, supporting Bunge’s agribusiness and edible ingredients operations in the region. The project involved the development of an industrial complex for the handling, processing, and storage of agricultural commodities such as oilseeds, grains, and related food ingredients, aligned with international standards for food safety, operational efficiency, and environmental performance.
Archetype Group served as construction manager for the project, overseeing on-site execution, contractor coordination, schedule and cost control, and quality assurance in line with the client’s requirements and approved design. Our role focused on delivering a safe, efficient, and compliant construction process, enabling Bunge to bring the facility into operation on time and within budget while strengthening local sourcing capabilities and logistics connectivity to ports and inland markets.
