On February 20, we attended the grand opening of the Golden Digital Gateway – Data Centre, a collaboration between GAW Capital and Sinar Primera, strategically located in the Nongsa Digital Park of Batam in Indonesia.
This 13,000 sqm data centre, with a GFA of 4,750 sqm, offers secure, high-performance digital infrastructure. Designed for scalability, it starts with 5.2 MW capacity, and expands to 20 MW. Its ultra-low latency connection to Singapore of 2ms ensures fast, secure, and seamless data access, empowering businesses in a digital-first world.
Archetype Indonesia was entrusted with Construction Management for this data centre, delivering quality, efficiency, and adherence to global standards within a demanding 9 months’ timeline.
