With over three decades of experience in project management and cost and contracts management, Darshan Joshi has delivered complex developments across high rise, residential, hospitality, commercial, retail, office interior fit outs, townships, industrial and data center sectors. As a Civil Engineer, MRICS and Evaluative Mediator, he combines technical expertise with a strong track record in contract structuring, risk management and stakeholder alignment.
Based in Mumbai, Darshan Joshi has worked on major projects including Taj Hotels, Hyatt Hotels, Accor Hotels, R City Mall, Viviana Mall, 7 Mahalaxmi, Godrej One, and Nirlon Knowledge Park, with expertise spanning cost management, project management, stakeholder coordination, and contract management.
