His work spans collaboration with private developers, institutional investors, and global hospitality brands across diverse markets.
His expertise in feasibility, underwriting, capital raising, and development strategy brings a strong commercial and investor perspective to project delivery. With experience across architecture and design led development platforms, Sheldon Parent brings a multidisciplinary understanding of how projects evolve from early vision to successful execution.
