On 14 May, our Chief Design Officer, Mark Petrovic, joined a panel discussion organized by the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), currently ranked number one in the world by the Financial Times 2024 EMBA Ranking.
Drawing on 16 years of experience at Archetype Group, along with his global project portfolio and leadership roles as a French Foreign Trade Advisor (CCE) and Country Representative for the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), Mark Petrovic shared his perspective on Vietnam’s real estate and infrastructure landscape, with a focus on the southern region.
In the panel discussion, he provided insights into several pressing challenges, including land access, leasing complexities, legal frameworks, and regulatory processes that continue to shape the development environment for offices, factories, and commercial properties.
