Located at the heart of Bangkok, MahaNakhon is a mixed-use skyscraper featuring a unique pixelated ribbon that swirls around the exterior, peeling back its surface layer to expose an inner layer as balconies.
With a height of 314 meters and 77 floors, this landmark building is the tallest in Thailand and the 88th tallest in the world, offering an observation deck at the top with panoramic views of the city.
At archetype reality, we are honoured to have played a pivotal role in this project starting in 2012. We handled Project and Construction Management and drove the project to its successful completion in 2016.
During the design process, Archetype has delivered several Value Engineering initiatives that optimise costs and enhance efficiency without compromising on the quality or functionality of the building.
