The tesa facility in Haiphong has achieved LEED Gold Certification, demonstrating our commitment to sustainability and green building excellence.
Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is the most widely used green building rating system, focusing on areas such as materials and resources, water efficiency, energy use, and more. The project exceeded the targeted 64 points, achieving 69 points.
This milestone comes 10 months after the official opening of the facility. archetype industry, responsible for architecture, engineering, EPCM, process engineering efforts, initial feasibility studies, and green solutions services, contributed to this important achievement.
Our team of experts integrated sustainable solutions, including:
– Rooftop solar panels supply 23% of the facility’s energy.
– Designs cut water use by 73% through recycling strategies.
– Used recycled and low VOC materials for healthier spaces.
This accomplishment reflects tesa’s and Archetype Group‘s commitment to reducing our environmental footprint and setting new sustainability benchmarks for industrial projects.
