Multi-awarded Structural Engineering Director with over 38 years’ experience designing, as well as managing the world well-known iconic, mega-structures (multi-billion US dollar projects) and super tall buildings in the field of engineering, architecture & planning. Featured in the cover page of Construction week magazines issued June 2016 as The Fast and Curious, well-known expert in the field of fast track design and construction of iconic and mega-structures such as huge malls, international airports, tall and super tall buildings (300m and above). Author and co-author of various structural design codes, standards, and structural design manuals. Former Chairman of College of Civil Engineering of the Lyceum of the Philippines University and former Lecturer in the College of Engineering of the De La Salle University-Manila.
