Archetype India’ Design & Engineering Civil Team recently conducted a site visit to the Saint-Gobain Glass Project in Oragadam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, where our team is currently delivering Engineering Services.
Led by Department Managers and Team Leads, the visit was organized as part of an ongoing training initiative to strengthen the team’s practical understanding of site conditions and construction workflows.
Through a guided walkthrough, the team reviewed construction drawings aligned with actual site conditions, observed ongoing civil works, including structural and foundation activities, and engaged with site teams to better understand execution workflows and challenges.
More than a site visit, this was a hands-on learning experience that bridges the gap between design offices and construction sites. It is also how we put our approach into practice: Learn, Understand, Apply, and Excellence.
