Ducati Factory & Showroom is a 29,300 sqm automotive manufacturing facility located in Rayong, Thailand. The LEED Gold certified project integrates production, office and showroom spaces for Ducati’s operations in Southeast Asia. Archetype Group delivered EPCM services (architecture, engineering, cost management and construction management) together with interior design and green consultancy alongside with GBCE, applying its industrial architecture and sustainable design experience to meet the operational and environmental standards required for automotive manufacturing.
