Every summer, the Naadam festival brings Mongolia together: a celebration of heritage, resilience, and connecting communities across generations. It’s a reminder that the strongest traditions are built on people, on culture, and on bonding people.
That same spirit carried through last month, as Archetype Mongolia marked its 15th anniversary at the Residence of the French Embassy in Ulaanbaatar.
That evening was a tribute to the relationships that got us here: our clients, partners, and colleagues who have stood alongside us since our first project in Ulaanbaatar back in 2011.
Hosted by Tsolmon Bat-Erdene, Managing Director of Archetype Mongolia, in presence of Madame Corinne Pereira Da Silva, Ambassador of France to Mongolia, alongside Pierre-Jean Malgouyres, CEO & Co-founder of Archetype Group, this ceremony was market by the vibrant energy of traditional Mongolian performances
The evening captured exactly what fifteen years in Mongolia have taught us: that lasting success, much like Naadam itself, is built on trust, community, and the people who choose to celebrate it with you.
