On December 16th, we gathered at the French Residence in Bangkok to celebrate 20 years of Archetype Thailand’s achievements.
Led by Marian Kusy, Managing Director of Archetype Thailand, and welcomed by Mr. Rémi Lambert Premier Conseiller at the French Embassy of Thailand, the ceremony brought together around 200 guests, including colleagues, clients, and partners, to reflect on two decades of shared success and collaboration.
From humble beginnings in 2004 with a small team on Koh Samui, Archetype Thailand has grown into one of the key leaders in the architecture and engineering sectors, with over 200 successful projects completed thanks to a team of over 100 experts based in Thailand.
Some of our most landmark projects include the iconic King Power Mahanakhon Tower, a 77-story skyscraper of 314 meters height. In the hospitality sector, we have delivered projects such as the award-winning Capella Hotels and Resorts, named the world’s #1 hotel in 2024, alongside the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Hilton Pattaya, and the transformative renovation of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.
We’re also proud of our achievements in the industrial sector, like the Mars Petcare Factory and Continental Thailand Factory showcase our engineering expertise and commitment to high standards. Recently, the Ducati Motor Holding Motorbike facility exemplified our commitment to sustainability, earning the LEED Gold certification for its innovative, sustainable design and operations.
