On 30 September 2025, Archetype Cambodia celebrated the official handover of the new General Department of Taxation (GDT) Headquarters, marking the successful completion of a major public facility project in Phnom Penh.
This new GDT Headquarters features a 30-storey office tower and an 8-storey podium with 2 basements, including a retail atrium, auditorium, ballroom, gym, childcare center, and multifunctional business complex. Designed with international-standard systems and high-quality materials, the project delivers strong value to public investment and the nation’s infrastructure landscape.
Archetype Cambodia provided Peer Design Review, Project and Construction Management, and Quantity Surveying services, ensuring the building meets global standards for efficiency, safety, and sustainable design.
