Introducing the Cable Car in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, which will be delivered by Archetype Mongolia in collaboration with POMA!
Spanning 4,180 meters, this cable car project is designed to transform urban mobility in Ulaanbaatar. Connecting Artsat-Yarmag Station in Khan-Uul district (23rd khoroo) to Onor khoroolol Station in Bayangol district (29th khoroo), it provides an efficient and sustainable transit solution across challenging terrain where ground transport is often slower or congested.
Archetype Mongolia is providing full design and authorship supervision for the project. Our scope includes 1 hectare of development at the South Station, 0.26 hectares at the North Station, and 19 supporting towers with a 16m² footprint each.
