Matthieu, could you please introduce Archetype Group and explain your core services and areas of expertise?
Archetype Group is a leading international construction consultancy company. We shape buildings with a full range of consulting services, including Architecture & Master Planning, Building Engineering, Industrial & Process Engineering, and Project & Cost Management.
Since 2002, we have worked on over 1,500 projects in 50 different countries. Today, with over a thousand collaborators, we have strong expertise in hospitality, real estate, and industrial projects.
Graphene is a revolutionary material with remarkable properties, for which the researchers who discovered it were awarded the Nobel Prize in 2010. As the Managing Director of Europe & Africa for Archetype Group, could you share with us what sparked your interest in this material and its potential applications for your activities?
My interest in graphene stems from its remarkable properties: this material can enhance energy efficiency, reduce transmission losses, and promote sustainability. We aim to leverage graphene through GRAPHENATON Technologies’ solution to improve energy monitoring and management, storage, and production for our clients, driving the transition to renewable energy sources.
Intrigued by graphene’s capabilities, we recognized its properties to boost efficiency, reduce energy loss, and promote eco-friendliness. With GRAPHENATON Technologies’ solutions, we’re set to advance energy monitoring, storage, and production, fostering a sustainable energy future for our clients.
GRAPHENATON Technologies is pioneering an innovative approach by incorporating graphene into polymer films, enabling the industrialization of solutions for heating, heat dissipation, energy storage, and photovoltaic cell production. How will our partnership benefit Archetype Group and advance these technologies?

How does Archetype plan to substantiate its partnership with GRAPHENATON Technologies?
We aim to solidify our role as a trusted industry advisor. I firmly believe that the 2050 net-zero decarbonization target will stem from two primary technologies: Artificial Intelligence undoubtedly, and the emergence of new materials and their applications. Our clients look to us to address the urgency of finding solutions to combat climate change and environmental issues; there is indeed no time to waste, and immediate action is required.
As of now, graphene is one of the materials our clients are seeking to contribute to their goals, and it is our responsibility to non stop keeping on qualifying, studying, and evaluating the potential of it in all projects with the best worldwide experts. Given Archetype Group’s strong presence in Asia and Africa, the need for energy efficiency is even more critical. With GRAPHENATON Technologies, we can effectively address these challenges.
In addition to your core businesses, you have established other partnerships with innovative companies such as ours. Could you elaborate on your strategy in this area and share your insights on the future of the construction industry?
We are also establishing a partnership with a company called Graphene Productions, which specializes in the integration of graphite powder into cement and asphalt. This offering complements GRAPHENATON Technologies’ solutions, although both utilize the same raw material for different applications.
Our primary goal is to reduce energy consumption and to achieve this, we must stay updated and consistently propose the best materials and technologies. As industry leaders, we are responsible for searching, testing, challenging, implementing, and ultimately introducing these innovations to our clients.
