Henkel Dumbledor is a 50,000 sqm industrial facility located in Yantai City, Shandong Province, China. The facility serves the paints, coatings and adhesives sector, supporting the operations of Henkel. The plant produces acrylic glue, epoxy glue, silicone products, polyurethane glue, instant drying glue and anaerobic glue, with core processes including feeding, vacuum pumping, mixing, direct filling, filling and sub-packaging, and equipment cleaning.
The development comprises an office building, laboratory, utility building, production workshops, and Class A and Class C raw material and finished product warehouses. Across Phase 1 and Phase 2, the facility is forecast to accommodate a total of 800 people (300 staff and 500 workers), with Phase 1 accommodating 500 people.
